MEMBERSHIP POINTS OF INTEREST

• Membership in Midtown Business Network (“MBN”) is category exclusive and is extended on an individual basis.
• Membership may not be passed automatically to another person from the same company.
• All Members are requested to adhere to the MBN Code of Conduct.
• New applicants should be personally and actively engaged in their business category for a period of at least six months.
• Only one member may represent a protected business category and only one protected business category may be represented by a member unless otherwise voted by the Board of Directors.
• MBN does not admit applicants for membership in any multi-level marketing Company (MLM).
• Dues are billed quarterly in advance and are due on the first day of each calendar quarter.
• Meetings are on Thursdays at 11:30-1:00
• Members are expected to attend at least 60% of all regularly scheduled meetings.
• Membership will be subject to termination upon review by the Board if a Member fails to attend three consecutive meetings without approved leave of absence.

MBN members are encouraged to do the following:

• Participate actively in Midtown Business Network.
• Consider doing business with MBN members and give referrals to them.
• Maintain, encourage, and enhance communication in an effort to facilitate business relationships.
