How to Become a Speaker
Would you like to be a speaker at a Midtown Business Network meeting? If you have a product or service that is advantageous to our members, we are interested in hearing from you.
- We allow business speakers to address our members at regular meetings. We meet every Thursday, from 11:30am to 1pm, with the presentation time of 30 minutes, between 12:30 and 1pm.
- Speakers may bring PowerPoint presentations, flip charts, hand outs or other support materials.
- We do not allow Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) sales presentations or speakers from member categories (see Business Categories for complete list).
- Speakers with books or audio/visual materials may sell them after the meeting is concluded and only mention this offer at the end of their presentation.
- If these rules are not followed, MBN has the right to end a speaker’s presentation at will.
We do not compensate speakers.
